Certified caregivers are on the floor 24 hours a day, and the Needs-Centric Home Model groups residents with similar dementia types to support harmonious daily living.

The Heartwood Building features elopement-prevention security, 24/7 video monitoring, emergency power backup, a therapeutic garden area, aquariums, indoor water features, and an indoor nature room with plants and video landscapes. Meals are freshly prepared by a Culinary Director, with three daily meals, anytime dining, and snacks and beverages available around the clock. The facility does not accept ALTCS/Medicaid.
