SeniorVue, LLC ("SeniorVue," "we," "us") provides free guidance to families exploring senior care options in Arizona, including assisted living, memory care, independent living, and in-home care. Our advisory services are provided at no cost to families. We may receive compensation from senior living communities or care providers when a family we assist moves into a participating community. This compensation is paid by the participating community or provider and does not create a separate charge to the family for SeniorVue's guidance.

2. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

The information on this website and any guidance provided by SeniorVue advisors is for general informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be treated as, medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. Decisions about care needs, health conditions, eligibility for benefit programs (including ALTCS), estate planning, or finances should be made in consultation with qualified professionals such as physicians, attorneys, or licensed financial advisors.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

SeniorVue does not operate, own, or manage any senior living community or care provider. We do not guarantee availability, admission, pricing, licensure status, care quality, or any particular placement outcome. Any decision to tour, apply to, or move into a community is made solely between you and that community.

4. Facility and Community Information

Community details displayed on this website — including pricing, availability, amenities, care types, capacity, and licensing information — are gathered from public records, community-provided materials, and our own research. This information changes frequently and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the community before making any decision. Licensing data is sourced from public Arizona Department of Health Services records and reflects the most recent data available to us at the time of publication.

5. Information You Submit

When you submit contact or intake information through our forms — such as your name, phone number, email address, care needs, timeline, or budget — you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You may be submitting information on behalf of a family member; by doing so, you confirm you have the right to share that information with us.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an unsubscribe link in an email, or asking your advisor directly.
